Nike Kobe 6 Protro Prelude Release Date

The Nike Kobe 6 “Prelude” is set to get the Protro treatment for an official retro return. The shoe was originally part an eight-shoe capsule leading up to the launch of the Kobe 9.

Nodding to Kobe’s 2011 All-Star Game MVP, this offering of the Nike Kobe 6 comes with a graffiti design inspired by the eclectic Venice neighborhood of Bryant’s longtime home of Los Angeles. It features a snakeskin textured upper with a stabilizing heel counter atop a Zoom Air midsole.
